For the month of October, Senator Fong's Plantation and Gardens is offering a child focused tour every Sunday at 1pm. Fun for the whole family, on this leisurely paced 1.5 hour Guided Garden Walk, you can explore a shaded rainforest canopy, see chocolate trees and vanilla vines, taste fruit in season, hunt for a kukui nut, make a fern headband, see over 80 varieties of unusual palms, and learn a lot about Hawaii's flora. Children also receive a coloring book about Hawaii's plants and animals.
