 Senator Fong's Plantation and GardensWeddings and Parties Beneath the Majestic Ko’olau Mountains of Windward Oahu is Senator Fong’s Plantation and Gardens. The beauty and fragrance of Hawaii is the ideal setting for weddings, receptions, and any private function. The plantation, a 700 acre private estate, has 5 serene valleys and plateaus filled with exotic fruits and fragrant flowers. Garden Wedding Sites . Choose one of our many scenic wedding sites for a memorable Hawaii wedding. Use of a wedding site is $300 for a one hour minimum, $100 for each additional hour.
Senator Fong's Plantation and Gardens’ Visitor Center is available for rental between 2 p.m. and 9:30 p.m. A $700 rental fee of the Visitor Center includes 24 tables and 180 chairs. Parties over 200 people will cost an extra $100, over 300 people another $100, etc. Small parties or luncheons can also be arranged. Please inquire. Under our covered area of our Visitor Center, 200 guests fit comfortably. The adjacent grassed garden area can accommodate another 300 guests. You will be responsible for renting additional tables, chairs and a tent if needed. Set-up crews may start setting up tables and chairs to your party’s configuration after 12:00 p.m. provided that our Lei making classes have finished for the day. If a tent is brought in for the party you may set it up the day before provided there is no party reserved for that day. Set-up must be completed before 5pm. Soft Music is allowed until 9:30 p.m. Clean-up should start right after. A deposit of $350 will confirm your reservation and be applied to your total cost. A refundable clean-up deposit of $100, and final payment is due two weeks prior to party date. Cancellation of a reservation must be received at least sixty days prior to the reservation date for refund.
